By accessing or using KeenEar (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
KeenEar is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform that provides real-time transcription, question generation, and answer suggestions during meetings. The Service uses artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for professional, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Questions, answers, and insights generated by KeenEar are AI-produced suggestions, not professional advice. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. KeenEar expressly disclaims liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
For regulated professions (healthcare, legal, financial), AI outputs include mandatory hedging language and confidence indicators. This does not constitute professional advice.
You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consent from meeting participants before using KeenEar to transcribe or analyze meeting content. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction — some require all-party consent. KeenEar is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized recording.
Meeting transcripts are processed by third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) to generate questions and answers. We use paid API tiers that contractually prohibit using your data for model training. Audio is processed in real-time and is NOT stored permanently. Transcripts and generated content are stored securely and can be deleted at any time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. The Service is currently available to users in the United States only.
Free tier: 1 session per day, 20 minutes maximum, 3 AI answers, no knowledge base access. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Active sessions are never interrupted due to billing changes — limits apply on the next session.
You may not: use the Service to record conversations without required consent; upload malicious files to knowledge bases; attempt to circumvent usage limits; reverse-engineer the AI generation system; use the Service for any illegal purpose.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. All personal data, sessions, transcripts, knowledge bases, and AI-generated content will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
KeenEar is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.
